Pet Food Machinery - RVL Arisi

RVL ARISI SRL has gained experience in the construction of co-rotating twin-screw extruders in the plastics sector

which is currently also proposed for those specific extruders for the production of pet food.

In particular, RVL ARISI produces low-speed co-rotating twin-screw extruders combined with a blade cutting system

for the formation of croquettes. The extruder is then thermoregulated with a combined system between low-intensity

electricity and water, reaching homogeneity of temperatures throughout the cylinder and in the extruder screws.

RVL ARISI completes the PET FOOD plant with the loading auger to the thermoregulated bi-rotating conditioner which

feeds the humidified and thermoregulated pasta to the extruder hopper.
