DEGASING PLANT
All twin-screw extruders are equipped with two instrumented degassing with water ring vacuum pump.
The inspection chimneys are designed so that during the "regurgitation" of the compound, the suction pipes do not get clogged and the operator can intervene immediately without stopping the extrusion.
The degassing circuit is then equipped with an accumulation tank which can be cooled and instrumented to control the water temperature
It is also possible to set up an independent unit for refrigeration and filtration of the degassing water with closed loop circulation in order to safeguard the consumption of process water.
