RVL ARISI srl with the experience gained in the masterbatch sector and thanks to an external and continuous collaboration with qualified technicians for the formulation and for the management of the laboratory, is able to propose from the basic recipe of the color, to the formulation of the same on various polymeric bases up to the extrusion into granules and their packaging in bags.

Masterbatch plant with RV50X42D extruder complete with cooling tank with lake effect, air knife, LR15 cutter, vibrating screen and vertical mixer. Furthermore, the plant has been integrated with a tank for recovering water from the degassing and from the monofilament cooling tank. The turnkey project was then completed with a turbo mixer, refrigeration unit and pump unit for cold water distribution. In addition to the production plant, a laboratory or quality control was provided, complete with various equipment for recipes and their control, together with a press for testing specimens and a calender for preparing the samples of the compounds.
