MIXING SYSTEMS
The accessories prepared by RVL ARISI are specific machines dedicated to the treatment of the compounds and the finished product
VERTICAL MIXER
The vertical mixer designed and built by RVL ARISI is able to mix and simultaneously inject plasticizing oils and/or liquid essences inside the 350-litre wheeled bell.
Through an electronic system managed by PLC and integrated with the vertical mixer, it is possible to set, for each compound, all the process parameters (times, revolutions, oil flow, oil temperature, etc.) necessary to homogenize the liquid additives in the prepared compound of the runaway bell.
It is also possible to set up various injection groups on the vertical mixer to inject more liquid additives.
This mixing system for compounds made up of powders and/or granules, integrated with an injection unit for liquid additives, is suitable for the chemical, pharmaceutical, food and plastic sectors.

DISPENSERS
RVL ARISI designs and builds its own volumetric and gravimetric dosing units in stainless steel, taking care to eliminate the accumulation and stagnation points of the mixtures of plastic material and powder additives. The types of dispensers are:
Auger dosers;
tape dispensers;
Vibrating channel dosers.
The dimensions of the dosers are aimed at their position of use and they can be equipped, for the auger ones, also with bridge breaker reels and augers with special profiles to reduce the "hiccup" effect during the feeding of the raw materials.
The gravimetric version is always equipped with the load cell protection device during the transition from gravimetric to volumetric and vice versa.

ALIMENTAZIONE LATERALE
RVL ARISI srl costruisce i propri alimentatori laterali in base alla esigenze produttive del cliente. Le versioni degli alimentatori laterali possono essere con o senza termoregolazione del cilindro, le viti posso essere monolitiche e/o con profilo a passo variabile oppure viti componibili a settori.
- La versione con viti componibili assicura una particolare alimentazione laterale al cilindro di ogni additivo e carica minerale come una miscela parzialmente fusa. In definitiva si tratta di un piccolo estrusore bivite che alimenta l’estrusore principale e lo stesso è interfacciato con il PLC di gestione dell’intera linea.
- La versione “stand alone” viene corredata di quadro elettrico a bordo macchina e gestita da PLC con Touch screen e con la possibilità di interfacciarsi direttamente al quadro elettrico principale della linea.
Tutti gli alimentatori laterali possono essere equipaggiati con un sistema di dosaggio abbinato alla dosatura gravimetrica e se del caso a quella volumetrica. Il sistema interamente progettato e costruito da RVL ARISI permette il cambi automatico dal gravimetrico a quello volumetrico senza compromettere la cella di carico durante le operazioni di carico manuale da parte del masterizzatore.
Lama d’aria di tipo premente ma dal basso con all’ingresso un dispositivo raschiante per rimuovere le gocce di acqua in sospensione.
