RVL Arisi

Thanks to its experience gained over several years in the design and construction of “TAYLOR MADE” machinery and lines, RVL ARISI has developed its own line of both corotating twin-screw and single-screw extruders specific for the masterbatch sector and for those special productions consisting of mixtures of plastic and other materials. All extruders are designed and built with the highest quality both in the choice of steels for the fundamental parts of the machinery and in the mechanical processes carried out within the company.

The extruders are then managed and controlled by an electrical panel always built within the company and the degree of automation depends on the customer's choice; that is, it can vary from the more traditional and simple one such as the electromechanical one to the one with management via PLC and man-machine interface with Touch Screen and as the last solution also integration with the Industry 4.0 project.

Furthermore, the extruders that make up the extrusion line are combined with other equipment and/or machinery to complete the entire production process, such as:

- volumetric and gravimetric dosers both with auger and with belt;

- thermoregulated side feeder;

- monofilament cooling tanks with or without cooling water temperature control;

- conveyor belts combined with cooling tunnels for monofilaments;

- air knives and monofilament drying tower;

- group of injections of plasticizing oils and oily additives;

- specific degassing group, also for the removal of caprolactam in the PA;

- cutter for monofilaments with management of the cutter and the drive for cutting granules up to the size of 1x1 mm;

- flat linear vibrating screen with both two and three sieves.
