Cooling Systems - RVL Arisi

The stainless steel cooling tanks are designed with the ability to divide the water bath into two zones for those special masterbatch applications that require short cooling.

They are equipped with a 5-position plunger roller to facilitate the exact introduction of the melted spaghetti into the cooling water and the rollers are built with materials such as to reduce the accumulation of electrostatic current on the spaghetti

All the upper rollers are built with a new fixing system taken from the tank which speeds up their positioning along the spaghetti cooling process; easy and safe system without levers and fixing screws.

The RVLARSII cooling tanks have a special thermoregulation and cooling system which creates a stratification of up to three different temperature levels in the same bath which is suitable for processing those master batches based on PC, PS and PA. It also reduces all those waste due to threading the various wire cutting systems.

Furthermore, the tank is equipped with an integrated system for dripping the spaghetti with recovery of the skin water either by overflow or also integrated with rollers.

For specific applications, RVL ARISI has designed cooling tanks with double cooling and thermoregulated zones, creating a temperature stratification of up to three different levels in the same bath; this is suitable for processing those plastic materials and masterbatches based on PC, PS and PA. This thermoregulation system reduces all waste due to threading in the various monofilament cutting systems.

The tank can be equipped with an independent accumulation and cooling circuit as well as with a system for the treatment of the process water itself.

The monofilament tension water suction tower is an innovative and special piece of equipment that replaces the traditional air knife for some applications. It is a tower which, with special scraping and wire guide devices, manages to remove the tension water left on the monofilament.
